Pregnancy is a very exciting and touching experience. A time full of hope and delight but also of questions, uncertainty and fear. Our birth preparation course for future parents offers a protected atmosphere among other couples who expect their first child. It aims at supporting you by supplying as much information as possible about the natural process of birth and the first steps into your life as a family. Further, you may find a place for an open exchange among other parents-to-be from all over the world.

Contents of the day are:

• information about pregnancy, the natural process of birth, helpful positions during labor and all phases of birth
• exercises that enable to relax and facilitate the whole process
• how to deal with fear and pain – during the first labor at home as well as how the hospital can support you
• how the partner may support the woman during pregnancy and the actual birth process
• gain confidence in your natural strength and ability to give birth to your child and be faithful
• there is room for all your questions whatsoever regarding the process

We recommend to attend this course from the 24th week of pregnancy.

Please bring warm socks, leasure clothes and a blanket.

• This course is held by a birth preparation instructor, who is excellently trained for this special time
• Because health insurance companies usually do not pay for courses which are held by birth preparation instructors please make sure in advance to ask your healthcare provider whether they´ll cover the cost
