Take time for yourself  and the new pregnancy!

Course content:

• Body, breathing and relaxation exercises and massages
• Birthing positions
• Review of the birth(s) already experienced
• Getting in the mood for the upcoming birth
• Feelings and behaviour of the older child(ren
• Information about the labour process 
• Dealing with fears and pain

We will  focus on those themes which are most important for you.

Please don´t take your older child with you. 

If you don´t have a babysitter you can also come without your partner.

Recommended course start date:

• approx. 24th week of pregnancy

Fee:

• for men, administration and baby postnatal meeting
• the couples' courses include 12 hours of birth preparation and one meeting after the birth
• You will receive a private invoice for lessons you do not attend, as the costs are not covered by health insurance companies
