The time of transition from couple to family is an eventful, intensive time for parents-to-be. Holistic support helps you to consciously experience and enjoy this time. We would like to give you the opportunity to prepare together in a closed group for the birth of your child and for the new life situation.

Course content:

• Breathing and relaxation exercises to make labour easier
• Body awareness exercises, bodywork and massages
• Information about pregnancy, the labour process, birthing positions,
• breastfeeding and the postpartum period
• Dealing with fears and pain
• Suggestions for your partner on how they can provide support during pregnancy and labour
• Changes in the partnership
• Gaining security and increasing confidence in your own strengths
• Promoting the parent-child bond

Recommended course start date:

• approx. 24th week of pregnancy

Fee:

• for men, administration and baby postnatal meeting
• the couples' courses include 12 hours of birth preparation and one meeting after the birth
• You will receive a private invoice for lessons you do not attend, as the costs are not covered by health insurance companies
