Postpartum REST - MOVE - RECHARGE with Baby
The workout is especially designed for women after giving birth and we know that every postnatal recovery period is individual.
In a comforting group setting we will work on:
- Building Strength and Joint Stability
- Overcoming unstable joints, hormonal shifts, and sleep deprivation
- Low-impact moves will help build muscle strength
- Rebuild Core Strength
- Not only rebuilding the abdominal wall, but also strengthening the middle back postural muscles, lats and glutes
- Energize the Nervous System
New moms need to focus on movement, breath, and “me time” to refocus and re-energize
Guided Breathwork is going to be especially beneficial
Recovery is not linear, and I will always give you lots of modifications during class.
